The project has developed an extensive training course consisting of 7 modules focusing on improving sustainability practices in food waste management. The Material was developed through discussions with stakeholders as part of a curriculum development process.
In addition, we have developed an innovative Action Plan tool that trainers can use in conjunction with students in their workplace
We also provide Case Studies and Interesting Stories on organisations making an impact on food waste.

The Food Waste Action plan is a novel tool that Vocational Trainers can use with their students who are in employment, to develop a student-centric action plan.
