On the 7th June a specifial training event was held in Glasgow, focused around the traning requirements of VET trainers involved in the provision of profession cookery training programmes.  The one day events had contributors from Zero Waste Scotland and the Glasgow Chamber of Commerces who detailed their Plate Up for Glasgow programme run during the Pandemic.

Invitees from across Europe with a training background in food service provision came together to learn about the work of the CE4Food programme, include the innovative use of the Food Waste Canvas Action Plan tool.
